What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept any valid credit or debit card. Any card with a Visa / Mastercard logo can be used for your purchase at coyars.com. This includes prepaid cards and Visa based e-dirham cards.
Can I pay with cash?
coyars.com recommends card payment over cash for various reasons. At coyars.com, our priority is selling great products and providing the best customer experience. Being cashless helps us ensure smoother and faster deliveries which means lower prices for our customers. Cash also cannot provide the full customer protection services that you get from your bank and card provider. Our hassle-free returns policy lets you try out and use a product before deciding whether it works for you. In case it doesn’t, we also have the ability to directly provide a refund to your card. If you wish to use cash, you can also purchase a prepaid internet shopping card at various banks/supermarkets/petrol stations around the UAE
Cash on Delivery
Certain items will have the cash on delivery option visible on the product page and can be chosen on the payment option section at checkout. There will be an extra charge levied for each cash on delivery transaction that will be visible at checkout. Post checkout confirmation calls will be made to confirm the order and failing to confirm will void the order.
Refunds will only be made as store credit.
Why do I see a $1 charge when my payment fails?
When someone attempts a payment, we send over a request to your issuing bank for either a $0 or a $1 authorization (different banks permit different amounts) to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorized. Regardless of whether or not the authorization is declined, we reverse our authorization request immediately. However, even if the bank declines the authorization, some people may still see an authorization for $1 on their credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from your statement. Depending on the bank, it will be removed from your statement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.
Do you support international cards?
At coyars.com, you can use any credit or debit card with a Visa/Mastercard logo in the front of the card. All charges to your card will be made in AED, so if your card is issued in another country, your bank may charge an extra foreign conversion fee.
Dubai Islamic Bank / Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank / Emirates Islamic Bank card holders:
If your card is issued from one of these banks, please give us an email after placing your order for us to assist you.
Why was my card declined?
Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When we submit a charge to your bank, they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits, account balance, and card information like the expiration date and CVC. Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous anti-fraud systems.
How can I find out more information about a specific decline?
We show as much information as we receive from your bank about a decline. Unfortunately, most declines are generic, so we don’t have much information as to why a charge was specifically declined. If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to contact your bank, inquire for more information, and ask for future charges to be accepted.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on coyars.com . They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through coyars.com ’s data storage, databases and the general coyars.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then coyars.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Shipping & Delivery

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Look, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within Global. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports andJurongIsland.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is FREE for all local orders and it takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Express Courier – is available at an additional charge of $4.00 and it takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time of order.

To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries from 9am to 10pm, weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of Standard or Express couriers.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.

Return & Refund

Return instructions:
1. Return application must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. If application exceeds 14 days we will not be able to accept your request.
2. After receiving your Return & Exchange application, our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply e-mail timely. If there is no reply within 7 days, Return & Exchange application will be closed automatically and unable to continue return process.
3. Products with custom made, disposable, swimsuits, lingerie items, used and damaged are unavailable for return. Electronic products such as drones and mobile phones and products with sealed packaging will not be returned once opened.
4. Please make sure return of goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories must be returned together.
5. Return address isn’t the company address on website. Our customer service will provide you a return address and a RMA number after return authorized.
6. After receiving the return address and RMA number, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange application will be automatically closed and unable to continue return process. Please make sure to remark the RMA number on outside of parcel when return. If the parcel is returned to other address or without RMA number on outside packaging, we can not refund or exchange.
7. Please use Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive return parcel for returning through other carriers, buyer needs to undertake the loss.
8. Return and reship cost is on buyer, freight collect isn’t acceptable(If paid via paypal account, the return is free: apply free return here https://www.paypal.com/c2/webapps/mpp/returns).
9. If our faulty on product, the return and reship cost is on seller.

When will I receive my refund?

    The length of time it takes for you to receive your refund depends on the payment method you used to pay. Here are the expected times for receiving the refund after it has been confirmed by our customer service team:

    Credit card: 3-8 business days

    PayPal: 3-5 business days

    Western Union: 8-15 business days

    Bank wire transfer: 8-15 business days

Which items are not available for return?

    Products that are custom-made, lingerie, swimwear and used and damaged are not available to return.
